KAZA Concrete is an innovation-focused fine-concrete design and manufacture company.
The focus of KAZA’s activity is the investigation of bespoke design opportunities of exposed concrete through the intelligent exploitation of the material’s new physical and aesthetic properties, utilizing its own logic to create new value in interior design.
We were asked to help them create a unique catalog that was presented at 100% Design London 2014. First we thought it would be great if we could make a 3D tile emboss on it, but we had only limited time to produce the cover, so we had to choose the easier way and decided to emboss and deboss the cover that helped us to create an almost 3D effect without the copper plate engraving and 4-5 weeks of processing time.
